Complain Details:

Cyber Planet (Mobile# 01619668110, Email: [email protected]) took service from ICC in July 2018. Their current outstanding is BDT 168,957.74/-, but no sign of payment was shown. Many calls and emails were sent for payment settlemnt. Now, ICC is requesting all upstream providers of Cyber Planet to cease their connectivity and obtain NOC upon payment clerance.
