Complain Details:
Mr. Sayem (Mobile# 01971848516, Email: [email protected]) took service from ICC in Sept. 2018. He left us without clearing dues BDT 74,875.27. Last time he paid on 09.09.2019. After many failled attempts to communicate, he agreed to clear the dues right after EID. Now he does not pick up phone either. ICC is claiming to all upstream providers to cease connectivity and take NOC upon payment clearance.
